Hey everyone, I switched to PM from Bell last night at 9pm. Now both my sim have the same number. Any incoming calls are going to my bell sim and I can make outgoing calls from my PM with the same number as well. The PM app shows my old number but not receiving any calls.
Its been around 8 hrs since I switched if that helps.
Any help will be much appreciated

Not sure if it has anything to do with the scheduled outage announced yesterday...
Our services are getting an upgrade. From March 4th 10:00 PM EST (7:00 PM PST) to March 5th 9:30 AM EST (6:30 AM PST) new plan purchases, activations, and account changes will be temporarily unavailable. Come back and visit us again after the upgrade is complete.

Just did a reset of my network settings and the phone rebooted itself. Tried calling my number from another phone and it went to the bell sim unfortunately.

Yes sir. I did get the text and replied “YES” within a min. I didn’t reset my network settings but did restart the phone. Thanks for your reply

@Samin3 Did you get a SMS message from Bell asking to confirm if you'd like to port your number to PM? (Should reply Yes with 90 minutes). Did you reboot your phone? Try to reset your network settings and reboot your phone again.
