Hi,
My monthly payment was supposed to come out today but it was unsuccessful due to issues they’re having today. I tried *611 and it won’t allow a manual charge to my registered credit card. My credit card
is working so that is not the problem. My phone is not working and I am missing important work calls all day. How can I get my phone working asap. I have no other way of getting in touch With anyone. This is such awful service.

Auto pay failed on my account today and I can't log into my pm account either. It is a public mobile system problem not a credit card problem.

I have checked with my credit card company and there is no issues on their side.
And thank you for posting about alternative payments. I bought some vouchers at our local walmart and inputted via *611. Relieved to be able to return calls.

Yes the system has been down all day with no end in sight....thus the suggestion to try an alternative form of payment to reactivate your service or you can wait for the system outage to be fixed or for customer support to respond but I would imagine that unless you have heard from them them already you will have to wait until at least tomorrow for a response. The choice is yours to make.....?
Have you double checked with your card issuer? They could have pm on a hold/stop payment for some reason?

Thanks for the info. There is nothing wrong with my card. Same card info as last month, plenty of credit available and my card worked at the store today so definitely an issue with PM. Tried to sign on account to check it out but system is down and has been all day.

Autopay did not fail due to the system issue and 611 denying payment also indicates there is an issue with your card. I suggest you try one of the alternative forms of payment described in this post to reactivate your service....

Contact the CSA's by selecting the envelope icon above right, and type CS_Agent in the TO field.

Watch for their reply in the same envelope icon.
Tell them you are without service and they should prioritize for you.
