Account Status and plan usage incorrect

I changed my plan a couple months ago and get charged the correct amount, I also have access to the extra data that the new plan provides, but my account status hasn't changed and when I go to change my plan it still says I have my original plan. I was wondering how this can be fixed to show my new plans account usage?

You might be looking at a cached version. Clear your browser cache and go incognito/private mode. Click on the spinner icon in self service to refresh your page.

The site could be showing old information.  Please log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, and close the browser. Open the browser again and log in. Check after doing that.
