Following the 15G data promotion, I changed my plan a few weeks ago. Today I was supposed to see the new plan on my account but still see the old one, any idea

the website doesn't automatically generate the updated information. one can also call 611 to check what the plan is

I also have the same issue. I replied YES to the text message offer of $40 4GB 4G starting next renewal. Today was my renewal ,got the usual message "Thank you for payment and plan has been renewed etc". When I log in to my account it shows old plan. PS my old plan was also $40 (5GB 3G) so the plan cost was same. Any ideas?

Did you try one of these remedies to get to up-to-date page:
Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to try to log in. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.

though my account I scheduled it start the new plan in renewal date which is today Nov 10

@Masoud21 hi were you charged for the new plan? use a different browser in private or incognito mode try to sign back in to see if your account updates

Did you schedule it yourself or did you reply to the text offer?
Click on any little spinner refresh icons you can find or use private mode.
