Hi I’m currently with another carrier so I want to finish this month first then move to PM, but I’m already purchased the plan, will it be there after a month or if I don’t use it, they will cancel it? I haven’t activated yet.

It sounds like you are not activated on PM yet but to be sure. DM a CS_Agent at:

I don’t receive any text messages, the only thing I encountered is “subscription not activated “ and I tried to click contact but there is no continue screen, just a blank screen after I logins to submit a ticket

If your other plan is a postpaid plan. If you port out before the renewal date. It is prorated and you will receive a refund for the unused days.
But if it is a prepaid plan and you selected an eSIM, you will need to confirm the porting with YES to the text to complete the porting with your old carrier.
Did you reply to the text?

you must complete the porting of your number to Public Mobile BEFORE you old plan expires...your old account needs to be in good standing to port over to PM successfully.

All sales are final, so there wouldn't be any refunds.

Does this mean that a plan and SIM card was ordered from publicmobile.ca (or the Public Mobile app) at the same time? In those cases, customers should be finalizing the activation when the Public Mobiel SIM card arrives, and that's when the plan start. Saying that, Public Mobile does not usually know the exact date that the SIM card arrived as they are usually shipped without shipment tracking.
