I used to have a $15 plan and recently took $30 plan for travelling to US. Now I need to switch back to $15 plan. Need help.

I would not call it 'deceiving' as PM Never promised to keep every single plan available forever.
Unfortunately they are in for a profit so they create/delete plans to suits their business model the best.
PM had great $15 plan (no data, unlimited calls/sms) for a brief period of time and then they killed it for whatever reason.
Reason there is no more any kind of $15 plan is that people going on vacation or whatever were downgrading and then stayed on that plan without going back to more expensive plans.

have a quick peek at Telus. They have a plan where you pay $100 and get service for an entire 365 days. Talk/text and a bit of data as long as you use the promo code BONUS100 when you activate. ADDED...also see they have a plan that's same as your old PM $15 / 30 day plan.

Thank you. But I dont find any plans less than $30. Freedom mobile is offering a $15 plan for canadawide similar to what I had before. So thinking to move out.

Hey @Vjrmk open the app on your phone then once opened, click on Manage Subscription, then click on change subscription. Scroll down and you will see all the plans you can switch to. Honestly, the $15 is no longer available except for Quebec. There should be a $20 plan with 3GB of data. IMO, that is the sweet spot of plans. Take a look.

Not all plans are available to downgrade. In most cases once you go up you cannot go down.

Unfortunately, PM have change their rules about downgrading your plan…you can’t anymore. You can only upgrade your plan.
Also, the lowest plan now is $19. So on your account. It will list all plans you are eligible for.
