I have two public mobile phone plans, I had them for more than 2 years. recently I was planning to change my wife's public mobile plan but unfortunately, I forgot a password and security question. I tried to contact customer service but no result. please I'm looking for help if anyone here can help us access our public mobile account

She doesnt recall security questions etc? CSA is only option after that
