I cannot access my account to pay
Have new email and cannot use old one.
self serve account won’t give me access
I am about to cancel and go with another provider
need access for employment

Writing things like you're "about to cancel" on this community forum doesn't affect us ... we're just other customers like you, not Public Mobile employees.

hi @Imus just open ticket with cs agent and they can update the email address for My Account for you
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Imus Also you can 611 if you know the PIN number or if you have a voucher no pin needed but to change email you need supports help with this

@Imus Please try using incognito/private mode or use another browser because of caching issues with PM's website.
Or you can purchase a voucher from Shell, 7/11, London Drugs or SDM or muskbird.com and load the funds by dialing 611 on your phone which gives you more time to deal with the login issue.

@Imus Try again incognito mode private mode there are cache issue even another device or lap top
