Access to My Account not working

Can anyone access My Account?   If it is down for maintenance when will it be back up?

what was the error?

try again using Incognito/Private/Secret browser mode

Also, you can try to buy addon using *611.  You need your 4 digits pin to complete the purchase.  If you have forgotten, you can  reset it in Profile page on My Account

@hycm53 , I get a popup several times when I’m on here daily wanting feedback, they could do the same to let people know when maintenance is being done!

I was able to get into My Account but can still not purchase add ons.

I tried it since 7:30 am, but the page is still down. I tried clear caches, turn off computer and on, using private mode, but doesn't work.

@hycm53 , I don’t know if it’s down for maintenance or something else that’s broken! The phone purchase section is still broken! I wish they would post an announcement when things like this happen to inform Customers & update them!
