I just checked my usage data and my phone just made a 36 minute call to 226-580-4001 while I was literally on my phone asking a question on this forum. Odd coincidence. This is only my 3rd day as a customer. Why is this happening?

Ok I reviewed my full usage history and your info checks out. My mistake - it shows “00:36 minutes” which actually means 36 seconds. Thanks for your prompt response as always!

@maerom there was no voicemail could be that the person didn't leave the message
Again, if your plan is $25+ , you can ignore it as it does not count towards any thing

@maerom this is just a voicemail. The usage log will keep track of any calls got forwarded over to VM or when you check VM yourself. it should not be 36 mos but if you are on unlimited calling ($25+ plan), you can ignore the time
if you are on limited outgoing calls plan, them you can open ticket with support and have them to confirm no minites were counted
