Hi, just wanted to ask if the $35 plan is for 90 days (min 3 months) or whether I can revert back to my old plan ($29) after this? I’m planning to go to Mexico next week so this is probably cheaper than getting any eSIM from Airalo or Mobi based on what I’m seeing. Thank you.

@makkahn28  Unfortunately PM has No 90 Days Cycle, But They should have it

They do occasionally, or at least have in the past.  I currently have a 90 day plan with "unlimited" data and am holding on to it!

hi @funpig1 I think my luck was very good as I see the same plans on app and browser.  To me, it is still only a myth that people gets different plans on browser and app

@hTideGnow I don't think so. I re-checked before and it was very clear that the web browser version of the plan had the 90 days option without the 100 international minutes.

I cannot check anymore because I already renewed to the new $23 plan with the 100 minutes yesterday. Therefore, the $23 plan no longer shows up as an option at all for me.

You would need to ask somebody else with a $19 or old $23 plan to check if the 90 days option is still available on a PC Web browser. Good luck.

hi @funpig1 the browser difference is just because of browser cache.  Please use Incognito/ private/ secret mode on your browser to login and check again

@makkahn28

I was on the $23 6GB 4G plan earlier this week.

On the PM mobile app, I was offered the same plan PLUS 100 international minutes.

However, when I checked my PM account using a web browser on my PC, I was given the option to sign up for a 90-day plan, $23 per month but all 18GB up front. However, this option did not include the 100 international minutes.

Moral of the story: you may wish to check your account on the PC to see if a 90-day plan is available for you.

Thanks everyone, might just go to Mobimatter and get the eSIM instead, it’s probably the best play here at this point. Appreciate the help.

@JZ3  No $35 MEX plan is 30 days and if you switch to it you most likely won’t be able to switch back to the lower priced $29 MEX plan PM doesn’t like or make it easier for people to downgrade plan price

hi @JZ3

there is no minimum month requirement.  you can change to other plan next month

However, PM is now running target marketing scheme, it will only give you a small list of plans you can change to and you can only change to plans available to you.  So, we don't know what plan you will see after you changed to $35 plan.  Generally ,  you don't have many option to change to plans with lower amount.  So, you might not see the $29 plan to change back after you change to $35 plan.  Change at your own risk
