$29 Black Friday Plans Existing Customer

I’m looking to switch to the $29 Can/US/Mexico 10 GB plan but I don’t see it as an option in my subscription page. How would an existing customer change to this plan?

@DeeDeeCee Actually small number of existing customers can get the $29 plan and only those that are in the $13 and $15 plan to encourage them to spend more it’s all based on the current plan you have what targeted offers you can get I have $13 plan and the $29 is available to me but I don’t want it I like the $13 price

Just to close the loop on this. I did contact customer service and apparently it’s because it’s for new customers only so we can’t change to it.
Seems silly to me to make these kinds of restrictions given Freedom offers the same plan so now transferring seems like a better option than staying with public.

@DeeDeeCee Most likely because your current plan cost more PM don’t like or want people downgrading plan price and makes it difficult to do , they just want you to upgrade plan price . And we can only change to the plans that are available to us in our accounts to change to . So you should see the $45-55 MEX plans available

but maybe support agent can help. Try asking
