I see that some people are being offered a 5gb $25 plan. I would be interested in that plan. How can I get it?

@Handy1, Thx!

@ValeryD1  No you can change plan and switch back and it will not affect your rewards at all there goes to your account not your plan

Question . I got message about $25 5gb plan, but if I decide to go back to $15 plan it take a way my reward and so?

@Grahank- I did not get the previous tryout of this text offer. This time I did. No one here would know what the criteria is for getting the offer.

@Grahank You can ask, but the answer will be no. You have to be preselected, and from what we've seen to be preselected you must be on the $15/month plan (and even then not everyone is getting the offer).

How do you go about asking for the text offer?

It's a targeted offer to some people on the $15 plan. You can get ask to be given the text offer. And yes it includes unlimited calling and texting. It's basically the $25/1GB plan with 5GB instead of 1GB.

@Grahank

talk / text and 5GB's of 3G data for $25 + tax per 30 days. You'll stay on that plan with that cost as your regular plan.

hi @Moon_mack  GOOD deal for sure

not extra $25 ! month but just $25, $10 on top of what you are paying now , and you get 5GB and all the call features. Unlike $15 with just 100 outbound minutes, you get unlimited outbound calling

I’m trying to figure out if this is a good deal or a bad deal.  There’s no mention of minutes.  I’m currently on the $15 a month plan with 250MB of data 100 outgoing calling minutes and unlimited incoming minutes.

Public Mobile here. We've got a great deal for you. Get 5GB of data at 3G speeds of up to 3gbps for only $25/month.

Reply YES to get this limited time offer added to your account and will take effect on your next renewal date.

Hurry, offer ends November 20, 2023.

So, does this mean the $25 a month replaces my $15 plan?  If yes, then how many minutes would I get, or would calling be unlimited?  There’s no mention.  But it sounds like it would be a good deal.

….Or …

Does this mean it’s an extra $25 per month for a total of $40, and I keep my 100 outgoing minutes?  If so, that’s a bad deal.

Does anyone know if it replaces or is in addition?

thanks.

@Grahank  no sorry no way to ensure getting that plan . But hopefully things will change soon PM had been aggressively making new plan offerings this year more then any other I remember .

hi @Grahank

it was a targeted offer and mainly for those on the $15 plan.  But there is no way to "get in" if you weren't selected.   Also, it only had one round and we didn't aware PM did it a second time

I realize that. But is there any way to ensure that I get that text?

@Grahank  It’s a target offer that one needs to get a text from PM and reply YES to it to get that plan 😞
