Hello, I’m a new customer to public mobile. I switched from Rogers to public mobile with my iPhone 12 mini which I financed through Rogers. I live in a big metropolitan area that has 5g service but my phone is only connecting to LTE. I have an e-sim rather than a physical sim card. Could someone please explain how to get connected to 5g network?

Have you updated the OS? Gone in to settings, general, about to see if any updates happen? Set the phone to use 5G?
