I accidently bought US texting by accident
Who can I speak to about fixing this? Is it possible to get a credit added to my account.
My billing cycle is coming up for renewal very soon - Is it possible to have this $16 credited to my account as I will not be using the US talk and text.
Please let me fix this. Thank you in advance

You would need to contact customer service agent to account related issues. CSA are usually understanding and may credit your account, but no guarantees.
Submit a ticket for CSA help. Click on the chat icon on right corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket. If that does not work, you can private message CSA via this link:
