network issue

Hi, I am having an issue with the network. bar is one most of the time and it keeps on fluctuating, dbm range is 110 or 100.

tried resetting my network settings, and rebooting the phone. nothing works. pls help

Hi, it's a $39 plan, and it's a new issue. I have been using it for more than 5 years. I am using s21 Samsungng.  it works fine if I go to another city, which means 10 10-minute drive on any side. I tried switching to the lowest network but it doesn't work.  THE NEAREST TOWER IS 12 MIN. 

if someone calls, I can hear them clearly but whatever I say they don't get it.

Which plan are you on?  Is this a new issue versus long standing issue?  Which model phone?  How is your call service or data functionality? Have you tried in different locations in your city/town? 

You may want to manually select either 4G or 5G network. Even 3G Network to see which one works better. 

You could check the nearest cell tower to your location.
