On the 50GB Plan, if you have Data Add-ons that are grandfathered in and don't expire, once you hit your 50GB will it begin using Reduced Speed immediately or will it first try to use your Add-ons before reduced speed?

Yes the grandfathered data add-ons stay but don't get used unless you switch back to another plan with which they are compatible.  The bonus international minutes can still be used though.

The accumulated data add-ons can't be used with this plan.  They get listed in the account as "incompatible".

Data dd-ons are not compatible with the 50GB 5G (unlimited at reduced speed) plan. The add-ons won't get used. The speed reduction occurs once the full speed limit has been reached.

I guess purchased or gifted data add-on will be used first otherwise what is the point of purchasing something when you get it for free (a little bit slower, though).
