Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela

I have changed this solution. The above is correct.  While it's quite well known that some other countries do sometimes work, the free add-on isn't the same as the paid add-on, especially whnen it comes to the free add-on actrually allowing calls to Canadian and U.S. phone numbers.
