Those little spinner refresh icons lower down can also update the list of items in your add-ons list.

The website has caching issues.  Might want to try to login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  That might show a more accurate status of your add ons.

If you look on the website or the app, does it say you've purchased this add on? Have you tried rebooting your phone?
