Upgrade Not Working

@CS_Agent I had changed my plan to upgrade upon renewal, but it did not work. Instead, I was given a $5 credit. I tried to get help via the chat, but the link it provides to submit a ticket always leads to an error page.

I want to upgrade to the 5G plan I had previously confirmed. I do not want to pay an additional month’s fee just to do so, which is why I had selected “Change On Renewal” last month.

Can you please help me with this?

Hi @conchau If the plan didn't change on renewal, please use the link that @softech provided to reach a CS Agent to assist you with this.

I logged into my account and selected the upgrade on renewal.

Can you confirm a few things for us? Was this an offer sent via SMS to your phone? Or did you go to your PC and log into your account to change plans and upgrade to a 5G plan?

where you got the $5 credit from?

did you schedule a plan change via the sms promotion by replying YES?   or you made the schedule change on My Account?

But if it is still day 1 of the new cycle, there is a chance support can help.  Please message them:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
