Geez, I really hope they fix this issue sooner than later, causes a lot of confusion for less tech savvy ppl and new customers and is just a big headache

Somehow PM is slow to show exact plan you have after switching.
What might help is: Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try force refresh.

@Somojana1 it likely just a browser cache problem Plesse try logging into My Account again using Incognito mode, or with a different browser like Egde/Firefox/Chrome . You should then see the latest info
