Hi, My plan just got renewed and I have a 4GB monthly data but on the first day it is showing almost 2 GB used though I rarely used a few mbs. Please assist. Thank you.

Hi, On the 15 CAD plan we have 250 MB data with auto pay. My question is will the data work on the reduced speed after exhausting of the 250 MB or not? Thanks

The issue is still there. I PMed the moderator but he says to give him my credit card details which I can't give. Any other way to resolve?

HiThanks for the reply. It is Canadian card and I think they might have blocked the autopay due to many tries. So what should we do now?
