Hi,
My plan just got renewed and I have a 4GB monthly data but on the first day it is showing almost 2 GB used though I rarely used a few mbs. Please assist.

Hard refresh your page CTRL + F5. If your still seeing the same, check your phones data usage in settings to see if its showing the descrepancy. You can filter by day usually

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@Somojana1 Try doing a refreshing of the page. Also try logging in to your account using a browser in incognito mode. Your probably looking at old cached information.

hi there is a cache issue with accounts,use a different browser in private or incognito mode sign back in an see if it clears up
