Can’t change any account information keep putting in the new sim number and it keeps clearing after I press save changes.

If Lost/Stolen Phone was activated to suspend service, the account must be reactivated before changing the SIM.

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

@Ace10513 hi try clearing your cache and cookies or try with a different browser in private or incognito mode,reboot your device log back in and try again if that doesn't help it may be an issue with the site maybe try in an hour or two

@Ace10513 Clear your browser cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode or another browser before another attempt.
