Hello,
I need to know what my 4 digit pin is. My account is still on hold and I need my payment processed so I may continue service.

Have you ever logged into your self serve account? If not then you will need to contact customer support to set up access to it. This is necessary if you need to update your payment card info.

Which would also mean you will eventually need the link to contact customer support via private message if you don't like to use the chatbot bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen.

The account PIN isn't actually required to make a payment from within the self serve site or app either.
