Switched 4g 6gb plan last week still not showing  up in my account

Hi @dannym5830 did you see PM charged you the new plan amount??  Check the Payment History on My Account and your credit card

 

if that still not right,  open ticket with CS agent:

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. start by typing : Contact CS Agent
  2. then Click "Contact Us"
  3. then Click "Other"
  4. finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

This above isn't right.  As the custoemer was asking about there be no indication of the new plan in the Selve Serve   account, please reazlie that the 48 hours is only for the new speed to take effect.  It's unrelated to the plan details shown in the account.

HI @dannym5830   so, you didn't even see it showing as your current plan?

 

If you go back to plan change page, did it tell you you have a scheduled plan change coming up soon?

 

And check if PM charged your new plan amount already last week

It's a long-shot...but try cycling phone OFF then ON again.

Also, try removing sim for a minute, then replace.

If it's been several days since you upgraded to the new 4g plan...check with CSA for their assistance.

Give them as much account info as you can eg.phone number, acct number, etc.

Did you schedule a change plan in next renewal? Has that occurred yet? Or did you change your plan immediately?
