I want to change my current subscription to the above package offer-change at renewal, but the 500minutes monthly international long distance not showing in coverage details. Anyone can tell why and how to make sure the 500minutes intl LD deal is included?

So just following up on this topic. I switched to the $45 plan that's supposed to have 2000 LD min. As noted the plan description is poor and doesn't mention LD. I'm a but co fused on the new Boxing Day deals that are offering 1000 min for the same price. If I had the 2000 LD from the switch, why are they offering this plan in My Account?
How do you get hold of CS to confirm?

I just downgraded to the $36 from the $39 plan, the only difference being $3 cheaper and 500 min LD not 250 min LD. The description for the 250 min was obscured as well, and this $36 plan seems to be the same case.
Pretty sure you'll be good, as there isn't an option for $36 and NO LD.
Post again once resolved or more problems!

yes, many has asked that earlier today. Look like the plan description has missed that, but pretty sure it is part of the plan. And make sure you keep the screenshot just in case

@TEkitten Yes but I’m confident it will go smoothly and you will have the long distance mins that you’re asking about . But having those screen shots is helpful in the rare case something goes south on your renewal day .

Thank you. Which means I will need to wait for a month (on renewal date) to see that once the new subscription takes place.

@TEkitten It will show in your account overview page when your on the plan . But keep that screen shot incase it dosent o show support if there’s any kinda of issues . Sometimes PM description not the best but are honoured
