How can I cancel/switch the 90-day subs and change to a new plan without losing the money in 90-day subs?

And you're not committing to the scheduled change, you can cancel it between now and your renewal date, or if a better plan comes along tomorrow, you can choose _that_ plan to start on next renewal, which will cancel the change you already made and put in the new one.

@MatNnn Just go into your account and make the change being very careful not to select "change now" or you will indeed lose what you have already paid for. Select "change on renewal" and the new plan will start at the end of your 90 days. You do not need to wait until near the end of the 90 days to schedule a plan change.

Hopefully this new plan you want will wait until your old plan comes to the next billing period.
I think this is wrong, traditionally even if the plan is no longer offered at the renewal date, as long as you booked it as a future change, it will be honoured.
Since OP is already on $34/20GB and changing to $34/20GB, the only downside of waiting is that it will be "4G speed" for the remainder of the 90 days before changing to "5G speed". Though as I've posted elsewhere, I'd prefer the 4G plan over the 5G plan.

Or you can ask agent for clarification...

hi @MatNnn
if you are already in the 90 days plan, there is nothing you can do to change
But, you can schedule a plan change with Change on renewal to the new plan so it only cost you $34 After the current 90 days cycle
