Like the title says I need help getting into one of my PM accounts. I have this account setup for my daughter. The credit card I used for payment expired and when attempting to login to change it, I was prompted with the 2fa prompt. The problem is I no longer have the number associated with the account.
Is there anyway to disable 2fa or at least updating the number when I can’t get into the account?
Edit:
Appreciate the responses. To clarify:
I setup the account using my email. I have the credentials to the account BUT I used my own work cell as the 2fa (my kid is young, don’t trust her having access to the account). To complicate things I recently got a new phone number from work and no longer have access to the old number I used for 2fa.
so long story short, I can’t login to the account to update the credit card because I don’t have access to the previous phone number I used for 2fa.

@drsyxu Has this account been suspended for more than 90+ days because of the expired CC? If yes, then the account and number would be deactivated and you will not be able to reactivate it.
However, if that's not the case then you can still purchase a voucher from one of the retailers already mentioned or even recharge.com for a fee and add the funds via 611 to the account as explained earlier.
For anything related to changing the email or getting access to the account because you're currently unable to login (to update payment card/disable 2FA), then you would still need to contact customer support using the links already provided in the earlier post. Once you've submitted either a ticket or private message, make sure to check the message box top right often for a response which can take anywhere from one hour or more. Since it's the weekend, there's probably less staff so the wait maybe more, or not, depending on how many other tickets are queued ahead of yours.

Still confusing. Do you mean the 2FA that might come from your email login? Not here?
So you try to login with a suspended account. The only option is email. You're saying that you can't get the 2FA from your email server then because that email account at that email server used your old number.
Then as mentioned buy a voucher or real time payments to reactivate the account. Then you can use the SMS option for the 2FA from here. Then everythings good. Now ask support to change the registered email address. Or change the 2FA number over at the email server.
If I understand correctly.

Thanks. I edited my original post to include additional info.

@drsyxu you don't even have the phone number? is the number active or just suspended for less than 90 days? you still have the sim card? Put the sim card in a phone and the phone dialer settings should still able to tell you the phone number even the account is suspended
And, the fix the the login email address, open ticket with PM support as advised above

@drsyxu Just re-read your question, can you clarify what you mean about no longer having the number associated with the account? If you don't have access to your daughter's phone, then you can still pay using vouchers and give her the PIN to load via 611 or dial 1-855-478-2542 from your phone to add the voucher funds to her account/tel. #.

@drsyxu You should be able to receive 2FA by email instead. Are you not getting that option? You will be able to toggle off 2FA but only after you are able to log in and disable it which, for now, requires 2FA or customer support assistance to access.

edit: BTW, you can purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and load the funds by dialing 611 on your daughter's phone for now and then you have more time to sort out the account access.
