Just joined PM five minutes ago however forgot to enter promo code 2GBBONUS is there a way of entering this bonus code now.

Yes your right but I was simply just stating the ways they can get the promo I would

imagain that they would of tried contacting csa before closing the account and opening a new one 🤷‍♂️Anyways good luck and hope you get the promo figured out

It will cost customer $70 just to get 2GB of data??? Yes, if customer is desperate to have that chunk of data...

Contacting CSA will be way cheaper.

If you havnt added the promo code for the 2 gig at activation than you will either have to cancel the account and open a new one and add the promo code upon activation along with beeing on a 35$ and higher plane or click bubble down below and talk to a csa (customer service agent) and explain to them what happend and they will be able to resolve your issue for you.

@Poppy1   For honest mistakes, you might want to open a ticket with PM to see if they can add it back for you after.  Again, it is really up to them.

if you miss it to put it promo Code at activation then you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%. and them will check it and Add for you.
