hi,
I just activated my simcard and already choose a plan and also activated online just wondering how can I avail of the 2GBBONUS/12MONTHS. I also did not get promo code. What will I do.

@BKNS27- You might want to continue doing your homework around the account pages and also to know what works where. That promo box in the Plan & Add-ons (not payment) screen doesn't do anything. Customers can only enter promo codes at activation. Or ask after as you've suggested.

You need to add the promo code 12MONTHS2GB in $25 or higher plans on the payment page.
If you forgot to add the code, you can contact a CS_Agent through private messaging on the envelope icon above or create a ticket on the SIMon Chatbot bottom of page.

to contact a customer service agent to add promo to your account
1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
2. alternatively you can private message them here
check your community envelope for a reply

type: Contact Us and Other
Finally Click here to submit a ticket
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

check inbox(top right corner envelope icon) for response from CS_Agent.
