I have received a message a couple of weeks ago saying that the 240 GB rewards were added to my account... which I confirmed after logging in.
Today I am surprised to see they are not there anymore...
Did anyone have the same issue?

If you change your plan loyalty bonus is removed

if you change your phone plan to a cheaper one, then the promo will disappear. Otherwise you should submit a ticket to resolve the issue if it is not showing on your account

did you downgrade your plan? if so, it will be removed as saidin the FAQ of the announcement
if you didn't downgrade, check again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser. Or check if agent if you still have question. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
