Paid for service that wont work and there is no support at all

I would like a refund because i cannot use the service and i was lied to about it being readily available for me and i cannot even get in touch with anyone from support or a live agent I've been trying for a few days now and nothing works at all. I cant even contact a live agent every time i try it says no one is available.

what was the issue? esim installation? or porting?

if you really want to get refund or ask support to help,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can  submit by direct message:

For support from staff, click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket and outline your issue.

But first, did you download the PM app to activate your SIM?

If you are porting your old number to PM, did you reply to the text with YES with the old SIM in your phone?
