Where do I see in the new My Account what my plan is? And where does it show that I have unlimited inbound calls.

On the plans page. Still not in the account.
And if it's still supposed to be there, neither US calling on the plans page.

He said I had to send my Question to Support.
I hope it's still there, Unlimited Incoming Calls.
And that it's a System Glitch on the New Website.
My opinion only.....a ChatBot at an FI, Telus, PM is a waste of time with a bunch of "no answers". At this point if I did go to Chat...I am not looking for a phone setting but have a real issue. So far no issues I have had, have been a loss of service. So I use the direct link to a CSA and wait it out. It has always worked well.

Oracle confirmed yesterday that there is no change to our plan. It is just the new site missed the description to the unlimited incoming. Again, you still have it.
During this time of turbulence on the new web site, with all dues and respect, I don't care who "says" what. I want to see it on My Account as did before....before it gets lost and forgotten and "who said what?? Oh that is not a credible source."

It used to show hidden away under PLAN.
And if I recall on my payments…. But not sure.
Any way I think we all want to see it somewhere on the site.

Interesting... There are no “unlimited incoming calls” mentioned in self serve or on the main site plans page (Shop > Plans). I never noticed this lol

In your account under plans and add ons.
Edit: 2nd Edit: I see what you mean it doesn't specify....not even on the minute counter.
