I’ve been charged 3x in two days when I had the sim marked lost so I should not have been charged, didn’t realize I couldn’t call anyone? I need this refunded immediately . Also I never added an add on and my plan switched?

that shouldn't have happened. You sure you don't have other accounts with PM ? or you didn't make manual plan change?
check Payment history on My Account and see if those 3x charges show up. But remember, if you have renewed your plan, there are always 2 lines on Payment history for a renewal
