I've been waiting for a week for my sim card. The website wouldn't let me proceed with an esim even though my device is compatible, and it wouldn't recognize the public mobile sim card that I already own, so I grudgingly bought a new one, after seeing that they "ship in two days". Is there any way to track it, or get a new one sent without being charged? Getting help on this website is ridiculously convoluted and so far unsuccessful.

if you have chose sim card for the activation, you have to complete it before you can change to eSIM
Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
