I set my 11yr old up with his own phone and account but I need to update the address and add a credit card to it. Can someone help me please? It is not for this account for me, but his account which is under a separate email.

HI @Tetianaivanova do you have the email address for your son's account? If you just forgot the password, you can reset the password
But if you don't remember the email, open ticket with CS agent and they can help
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@Tetianaivanova hi you can update or add a cc in his self serve account, if you are having issues opening it you can ask a cs agent for help

If you set it up then you should be able to login to it.
The name and address in the profile don't really matter.
