Wrong Billing

I was bill an add on of 15 dollars on 30th April but I did not purchase it.

I already have 1000 international call minutes every month with my plan and I do not need any add on.

Why is this billing done automatically without my consent

you can ask PM agent to check and reverse it 

Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
