Transferring Service From SIM To eSIM?

RBV

I am an existing Public Mobile customer. My current phone has a physical SIM card. If I purchase a new phone with an eSIM how do I transfer my service to it?

OK, that sounds reasonable. Thanks for the help.

if you are changing from physical to eSIM, you will need to pay for the first one.

Then you can get free eSIM replacement with some condition.  Main condition is you can only get one every 15+ days

So I have to repay for the eSIM code even though I am an existing customer?

To rebuy new eSIM for your new phone, first, download the app on your new phone and login.  If you have problem with receiving 2FA code, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend code" and choose either Send email or Send voice message

Once logged in, Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM

Once it confirms your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $  and Install
