$15 Plan - eSim App Activation Glitch/Error (Try Again)
I purchased a $15.00 CAD (Canadian Dollars) plan. In the order confirmation page, I scanned the QR code that proceeded to make me download the Public Mobile app. I logged into the app with my Public Mobile account, which then prompted me to finish the Activation for the plan I already purchased. When we reach the step of eSim activation (the final step), it fails. It continues failing despite me trying again and also restarting my phone, and also trying again after 2 hours. It is not working. Can someone please help me out? Thank you for your understanding.

I did not even receive a Welcome Email.
The only emails I have gotten with Public Mobile are the very annoying "Public Mobile: Confirmation code that you requested" emails containing login verification codes.

see if you can manually install the eSIm, there is a QR code in your Welcome email. Open it from a computer, or another device, then use your phone to scan it to install the eSIM profile on your phone
Once you installed the eSIM profile, (or If you got passed that step), try to reboot your phone once.
If it still does not connect and if you have another active sim on the phone , disable them (eSIM/Physica sim) using the SIM Manager on the phone or remove the physical sim.
And make sure the one associated with PM sim and your phone number is enabled (On iPhone, "Turn on This Line" under Settings->Cellular).
Then click Reset All Networks on your phone and it will work. (Please note that Reset all Networks will also erase your saved Wifi and Bluetoosh connections, but you just need to add them back after). Also, it is possible you have to reset it multiple times for it to work.

@CharlesY , what was the error it gave you?
What phone are you using to try to install the eSIM on?
Edit: I don’t know which phone your using but in your cellular settings make sure that “ Turn On This Line “ is selected & reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)
