My new 4g plan didn't activate on new payment cycle. I have screenshots of date when it said it would change. It says my old plan in my account still, don't know what to do or who to contact?

Thanks for your response, I checked on my laptop and it shows the new plan😀

There is a glitch in the new self service account. When a customer changes plans, the self service will show the old "cached' plan version.
Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. It should show the correct plan
Otherwise, if it still shows the old plan, you can contact customer service agent and show the above information to CSA agent.
