My new 4g plan didn't activate on new payment cycle. I have screenshots of date when it said it would change. It says my old plan in my account still, don't know what to do or who to contact? 
Thinking of changing my 3g $40 dollar plan to the 4g one, will my monthly rewards stay the same, like loyalty, pre- authorized and refer an friend rewards?
