I activated my phone and ported my number. Now my old sim does not work and Public Mobile does not work. I now do not have text, phone, or nothing sadly. I submitted a ticket, but wanted to also check out here just in case I missed anything.

I already restarted my phone a few times. It is a pixel 5. The phone was on Koodo, so I do not think there would be any issues on the Telus network.

First, there's the obvious step of restarting the device. Which model phone do you have? Not every device out there is compatible. If it's a service provisioning issue, you'll need to wait for the customer support agent to respond to your ticket.
