I have paid , downloaded your esim, tried everything possible , and still no active phone connection ????

hi @Wyatt1231 

make sure you remove your old carrier sim card, disable old eSIM

set PM sim to active and set as Primary 

then Reboot your phone and reset network settings 

if same, ask PM agent to help , you can submit ticket by direct message:
