Hello, I signed up this past September 3rd with the $25 1GB, 3g plan and there was a promo at the time for 2GB extra/month for free for 12 months.  Below is what it showed:

I tried entering that promo code when signing up --> no dice... then I went back and typed in my email address and never got an email (not sure what the email would be for if "12MONTH2GB" was in fact the right promo code.

 

I spoke with an online agent AFTER I completely signed up thinking they could easily just apply it, but they said it would automatically apply within 10 days.  Today is day 10, nothing, still showing 1GB data.  Anyone else have this issue or can help me out here?

HI @Jmonkey27  Promotions should show up within 72 hours. 

 

I think you shouldn't wait, just open ticket with CS agent and have them investigate:

 

To open a ticket with PM CS Agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

Type: Missing promotion
Click: My bonus is missing
Then click "Contact Us" , and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.


Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Maybe it will appear After 10th day. Sometimes companies wait for full wait period to end and then promos show up.

If you did everything properly as asked no reason not to receive promo.

I would wait until tomorrow and then start chasing agent to update your account.

@Jmonkey27 hi you will have to reply to ticket you had opened and ask them what up?

@Jmonkey27   It has been couple days, so it should show up on your My Account if there is no issue

 

Can you check your My Account using Incognito mode again and see if you have a section about My Promotions?  The 2GB bonus should show up there

 

If you still cannot see that, please open ticket with PM support to confirm if you are eligible for the promotion:

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
