Submitted a ticket to return defective phone. How long until I hear back? Only have 30 days to return. Can I return to Telus store?

@EM02   you should receive a reply within 2 days  I would wait 24 hours, if I don't hear anything, just message them again

for the 30 days, I won't worry too much. You keep the first message you opened as a proof of the day you reported the issue, it should be fine.

And no, you cannot return to store.  They will send you a courier slip for you to send back

Phones can only be returned by contact Public Mobile. They cannot be returned in person. You should hear back form a Public Mobile customer support agent within a couple of days.
