No respohse 24 hrs after ticket was submitted. How do I find out what's happening?

The customers has stated that is has already been 24 hours, so whether the customer submitted the ticket during CSA hours of operation would be a non-factor.

@Neva1   It doesn't usually take 3 days, it's usually more like 3 hours or less but for some reason it seems to be taking longer at the moment.  Make sure you're checking for a reply, either at an envelope icon top right of this page, or tap your avatar to the right of the bell icon to access Messages if you don't see an envelope.

Unfortunately you have to wait until agent replies. Do not create another ticket as now they would have 2 same tickets to handle...

It is weekend, holidays, most likely less staff on site.
