Hello friends,
I have been trying to sign up my family for the boxing day deal, and when I get him to click on the deal, which prompts him to log in, and once he logs in, he always sees this message.
We Encountered An Error Processing Your Request.
This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)
This page appears as soon as the person logs in, so there is no previous page to go back to.
At first I thought this was temporary, but he has tried for weeks already, and it just won't go away. He submitted a ticket to Public Mobile over a week ago, but heard nothing so far. I suppose they're too busy processing box week sales. I am afraid I may miss the boxing week deal.
Any help would be appreciated.
