I have not received the physical sim i purchased with my activation and it is now 10 days. I don't see any option online for me to switch to an esim which in latest deal is offered for free so i can get connected and transfer my phone number from the company i left - the company i left said I have 10 days to transfer which ends today?
How can i switch to a free esim and get activated - unfortunatelt stuck in activation screen to enter a new sim number...

tried to submit a ticket but because i am not activated yet and haven't transferred my number, i could not enter my publicmobile phone number in the form so the form would not let me continue and i couldn't send it

you can get esim, but you need PM to help to switch.
since your account not fully setup yet, you will need reach out to PM by message:

It can take up to 10 business days for SIM card to arrive.
If you want to switch to eSIM, you will need to contact customer service agent.
Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website. Follow prompts to submit a ticket for CSA help.
