If your activation was unsuccessful or you received an activation error - payment will not be processed until activation has completed in App.

I’d like to know this as well. I see a 100GB subscription for $20 (50% off). Is this a glitch? I don’t see the offer in the web app. Only on mobile. My upcoming payment says $40. I wanna make sure I’ll pay $20 for the next 24 months and not loose my 30/30 plan.

Hello,
I just changed my plan using change now, the promo was displayedin the cart. But I was charged the full price, and the auto renew doesn't include the discount.
I am unable to return to my old plan, and don't see the promo.

@J_PM Thanks for the heads up , can you also please confirm as I’m existing customer and I see 150GB plan in my account and with 50% off for 2 years for $25 is this a glitch too or I’m I good to change to this plan without worry and still get the promo discount
